Ms. Mattie was one of the most beautiful rescues to come through www.scottierescue.com in my opinion and by the way she orders breakfast, could be the most spoiled EVER... The younger Ms. Whitt took this picture and did a great job capturing that 'Scottie' spirit to a tee. We can't wait to see Ms. Mattie and her humans at the picnic in May!

Well, sometimes you miss a good one. If you are interested in a good scottie you need to let me know. We came across Ms. Mattie at a shelter where her previous keepers just dropped her off at a shelter because their dog didn't like her. Ms. Mattie is a ball of energy that will just 'LOVE' you up in a heartbeat. A perfect scottie for any family... and now she has it. Her FURever home will have a Westie playmate (Sugarfoot) and some real impressive kids who just fell for her in a split second. It does my heart good to see her go to a loving, caring home like this. I'm so happy for her and this kinda home is why we do what we do with www.scottierescue.com ...
