PUPDATE: Sebastian gets his FURever home!

Well he did it! Sebastian has found his FURever home and seems to be right at home. He 'ran' to his new human and never looked back (sorta). Word has it that if you are into stock tips that Petsmart may be VERY profitable this month with most of its toys going to a small black pup named... Sebastian. We are thrilled he will be running the hills and will be loved on by a great Scottie keeper. This is one little fellow that has left his mark on us and we'll miss him. Can't wait for photos of his new life...

UPDATE ---- Scotty gets his FURever home

Yep, Scotty got his FURever home this past week. I met with Dr. and Mrs. Morton of Jacksonville, Florida at Grove Park Inn in Asheville to unite Scotty with his new humans. Great couple, just 'loved him up' immediately... Scotty let me squeeze him, love him one more time and then he jumped up in the backseat to take his place with his new 'keepers'. As you can see by the picture Dr. Morton had little if no resistance. Mrs. Morton swore to me that she would break the world record for spoiling a scotty dog and after seeing her loving on him, well... you might want to call Guinness and get them ready.

Gonna miss Scotty... actually, I already do.

New Rescue 2

Here is Scotty the Scottie... He'll be available at http://www.scottierescue.com in a few weeks. You will love this fellow! Scotty is going through some health treatments right now. He is 3 years old and was an owner turn-in... sorta. Apparently his human couldn't keep him and they let some other folks take him. They thought tying him to a fence post was proper care. Right now he is undergoing intense spoiling and lovin'... He is adapting well to this type of therapy.

New Rescue - Available soon... maybe...

This is Mac... he's wooly right now but after his vet visit this week he'll be a jewel. He will be getting his shots, grooming, microchip and he's being 'tutored'... yeah, he doesn't expect a thing.

Sad News about Duffy (Kimble)...

You may remember the rag muffin wheaton Scottie we were able to help rescue this year. It appears he's not doing well. Apparently he's had to get a few outside jobs to make ends meet. He now has part-time employment as 'Batman', 'The Dread Pirate Roberts' and has some leaf cleaning chores. It has been brought to our attention that everyone who meets Duffy wants to take him away from this life of hard work. Even a gentleman who is close to the new keepers has taken to making up stories just to get him home with him. Its a shame... a real shame.
